Who is responsible

Information you choose to provide

The website itself does not contain an enquiry form or customer account. If you telephone or email the pub, the team receives the details you provide so it can answer the enquiry, manage a reservation or respond to a request.

Online bookings

Online bookings are handled by Dish Cult. When you follow the booking link, Dish Cult processes the information under its own privacy notice and booking terms.

Maps and external services

On this staging website, embedded Google Maps load automatically on the Home, Contact and Visit pages. Google may receive technical information such as IP address, browser details and the referring page and applies its own privacy practices. The eventual production map and consent approach must be confirmed before launch.

Server records

The hosting provider may create routine server and security logs containing technical information such as IP address, requested page, date, time, browser and response status. These records are used to deliver, secure and diagnose the website.

How long information is kept

Enquiry and booking information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to deal with the request, meet operational requirements and comply with legal obligations. External platforms apply their own retention periods.
