Accessibility
statement.
Last updated: 3 August 2026. The Pelham Arms aims to make this website practical and usable for as many people as possible.
Our approach
The site uses semantic HTML, visible headings, keyboard-operable controls, responsive layouts and HTML menus rather than PDF-only menus.
What you should be able to do
- navigate the main pages using a keyboard;
- zoom and resize text without losing core information;
- use the menus with search and dietary filters;
- follow clearly labelled booking, telephone, email and directions links;
- reduce motion through your operating-system preference.
Known limitations
The website has not yet undergone an independent WCAG 2.2 AA audit with a full range of assistive technologies. Third-party services such as Dish Cult and Google Maps have their own accessibility characteristics.
Physical access
For step-free access, seating, toilets, accessible parking, assistance dogs or any other visit requirement, contact the pub before travelling so the team can discuss the current arrangements.
